第零空间

第零空间位于北京798艺术区，成立于2010年9月，由大库艺术中心投资创建，（大库艺术中心于1996年入驻798）在废弃的706电镀车间基础上重新设计建造，下设艺术展览空间、多媒体展示厅及艺术广场。第零空间拥有300平方米的室内展示空间，关注国内国际当代艺术的发展动向和最新思潮，推动中国当代艺术与国际文化艺术的交流。支持包括视觉艺术、行为艺术、实验音乐以及跨媒介的新媒体艺术等多种艺术形式，积极发现、培养、推出年轻的新锐艺术家。同时，还致力于以出版、发行和国内国际间的艺术项目的组织策划等方式推广当代艺术。 Space Zero Space Zero is located in Beijing’s 798 Art District. It was established in September of 2010 by the investment of Daku Arts Center. (Daku Arts Center entered 798 in 1996) The foundations of the obsolete 706 electroplating workshop where redesigned and engineered to house an art exhibition space, a multimedia exhibition hall and an arts plaza. Space Zero has 300 square meters of indoor exhibition space. By paying attention to the developmental and ideological trends of domestic and international contemporary art, we seek to encourage communication between Chinese contemporary art and international culture and art. We support multiple art forms including visual arts, performance arts, experimental music and inter-medium new media art, and are active in the discovery, nurture and launching of young, cutting-edge artists. At the same time we are committed to the promotion of contemporary art by such methods as publishing, distribution, and the organization and planning of art projects incorporating both domestic and international artists.
